The GBS press brake, on which we have obtained an industrial patent, was entirely conceived, designed and built by G01.

For the design of the structure and all the components we made use of the latest generation 3D CAD and FEM systems, in order to be able to offer users a press brake with high structural stability and constant reliability over time.

The structure was therefore sized to the point of making deformations on it irrelevant and thus allowing the press to maintain bending precision throughout its entire production life cycle.

The structure of the GBS differs from traditional press brakes because it is equipped with “closed ring” side shoulders which accompany, during the bending phase, the mobile upper part to which they are rigidly fixed.

This feature therefore allows the best use of ball screw guides which thus guarantee a longer life cycle of the machine.

Free from encumbrance, fixed and perfectly aligned with the side guides, the top beam slides on 8 ball bearing thus allowing:

  • Total elimination of friction

  • Elimination of the thrust axis misalignment (typical of traditional presses)

  • Constant precision of movement during descent

  • Constant positioning precision over entire cylinder stroke

  • High and constant bending precision throughout the entire production life cycle of the press brake
