GBS 2000 Press Brake

The largest size in our GBS press brake line. Useful bending length 2000 mm, a bending force ranging from 50 to 100 tons, without recess, twin-cylinder to guarantee the precise angle along the entire length of the sheet metal.

Suitable for those who bend parts up to 2000 mm long and with greater sheet metal thicknesses.

BACKGAUGE CONFIGURATION

The mechanics of the backgauge is of our exclusive production and have been studied and sized in detail to guarantee maximum precision and repeatability of the positioning of the piece to be bent.
The backgauge is moved through racks equipped with backlash recovery and by means of latest generation brushless motors. All the mechanics rest on screw ball guides; this guarantees maximum solidity and reliability over time.
The stroke and positioning of the axes is equal to the entire useful bending length (in traditional presses this travel is reduced inside the frame).

NUMERICAL CONTROL

In our press brakes we install Delem numerical controls.
The standard GSB 1250 press brake has the 2 Axis backgauge (X-R) which are entirely managed by the Delem DA 58-T CN.
If the operator wishes to implement the Z1-Z2 Axis module (or X5-X6), it is essential to install the Delem DA66-T CN or Delem DA69-T CN to be able to manage them entirely from the control.

DELEM DA 58-T

In the standard configuration we install the Delem DA 58-T.

The CN DA 66T is essential if you want the GBS 835 configured with 4 or more axes (i.e. X-R-Z1-Z2 or more)
