We use wire electric discharge machining to produce both samples and batches in series. We also provide our expertise to help our customers on the design and manufacture of the part.
We create samples, prototypes and batches in series according to customer specifications and the drawings we develop specifically for the customer. We also carry out intermediate machining operations on behalf of third parties.
We carry out laser marking on various types of materials, such as alphanumeric lettering, logos and various types of images.
On request, we also provide the material on which to mark.
MICRO SHOT PEENING
Sandblasting is a process that makes surfaces uniform before galvanic or heat treatment and gives the workpiece a satin-effect finish.
3D PRINTING PROCESS
We are equipped with different types of 3D printing machines that allow us to create objects in STP format and in resin, depending on the complexity of the customized object.
Our machine shop has CNC lathes that allow us to offer customers samples, prototypes or batches of many parts and components in different types of materials, both iron alloys and plastic.
